Side Double Storey Extension and Rear Single Extension

The client wanted to maximise their living space without compromising on flow, light, or style—so we delivered a fully integrated Side Double Storey Extension along with a Rear Single Storey Extension, blending perfectly into the existing structure.

What We Delivered:

Side Double Storey Extension:

This two-storey addition expanded the home vertically and laterally, creating room for a new bedroom and en-suite upstairs, while extending the ground-floor living and dining areas. The new structure mirrors the architectural lines of the original building, preserving aesthetic continuity.

Rear Single Storey Extension:

At the back, we built a spacious ground-level extension that now houses a modern open-plan kitchen, with direct access to the garden via full-width bi-folding doors—flooding the space with natural light and creating a true indoor-outdoor flow.

The result is a spacious, modern home tailored to the family's lifestyle—more functional space, better flow, and added property value, all completed on time and within budget.
